Paterson Pitts has played a leading role in the construction of the Dunedin Stadium providing specialised engineering setout throughout the project. Of special mention is the high order accuracy required for the grass pitch due the multiple layers of differing materials that make up the rugby pitch. Accuracy tolerance of 5mm were required at several points throughout the build process. Our specialist equipment including Trimble robotic total stations were able to deliver on the fly, real time feed back to the contractors building the pitch to ensure that the accuracy requirements were fully satisfied.
