Paterson Pitts is involved in the recovery effort for the Ports of Lyttelton providing high accuracy monitoring of various structures including buildings and wharfs at the Port. A high degree of health and safety is adhered to during work due to the multitude of Port machinery in operation. Our use of Trimble autonomous robotic total stations allows data to be gathered quickly whilst not disrupting any Port activities. The use of autonomous system allows real time updating of possible ground movement to checked by the Port via their own website.
