A 240 residential lot development located at Riverside Park, Albert Town developed by Infinity Investments with sections ranging from 700m2 to 2,000m2. Paterson Pitts undertook the land development engineering design of roading and subdivision services, including the design of a large stormwater pond and wetland area. 

We solved many complex issues associated with dewatering and stormwater disposal. Paterson Pitts also project managed construction of the subdivision, overseeing tendering and construction supervision of the civil contractor building each stage.
